By using the mining pool service provided by Zafiro International (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), you confirm that you have read and fully agree with these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). If any part of the Terms is unclear or unacceptable to you, you should refrain from using the mining pool service.

2. Participation in the Mining Pool

2.1. To participate in the mining pool, you need to use the appropriate mining equipment and install third-party mining software to connect your equipment to the mining pool.

2.2. You agree to follow all instructions and requirements set by the Company.

2.3. You must create a mining pool account and, if necessary, any subsidiary accounts.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.

3. Service Description

3.1. The Company provides a mining platform that allows users to mine various cryptocurrencies and receive rewards in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies different from the mined currency.

3.2. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or features.

4. Rewards

4.1. Rewards are calculated based on the computational power you provide, regardless of whether this results in block rewards or transaction fees.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to withhold up to 25% of the total mining pool power, including your share of computational power, as a fee for the services provided.

5. User Accounts

5.1. To use the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

5.2. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

6. Account Management

6.1. Your account is central to documenting and managing your operations through the provided Services.

7. Usage Restrictions

7.1. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
2. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others;
3. Interfering with or disrupting the security of the Service or servers;
4. Impersonating any person or entity;
5. Engaging in any activity that may be harmful, offensive, or illegal.

7.2. The use of any services that conceal your IP address on servers or any services used to provide mining services and any other services provided by the Company is prohibited.

8.1. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to these Terms, including but not limited to:

1. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service;
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
3. Any interruptions or disruptions to the Service;
4. Any damage to your computer or other devices;
5. Any consequences of viruses, malware, or other malicious codes.

8.2. You acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Company disclaims any warranties that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to its services for any user at any time without prior notice for any reason.

8.4. The Company is not responsible for any loss of data or damage to hardware or software used to access the Services.

8.5. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

9. User Responsibility

9.1. You acknowledge that the use of digital and technological services requires significant resources, which may affect the lifespan of equipment and electricity consumption.

9.2. You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your equipment and software. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from inadequate or incorrect setup.

9.3. You confirm that all your equipment and software, both separately and together, used in connection with the Company's services were purchased or leased legally, without violating any related rules or conditions and using legitimate means.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. The use of the provided services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using the services provided by the Company, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using any services provided by the Company. If you do not fully accept these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing the mining pool or using any other Services provided by the Company.
